does anyone in house had face the challenge of using ds708 to work on the following brand of vehicles toyota,nissan hondas, mitubushi from 2008-2012 and get this  as feedback on the screen TESTER NOT COMMUNICATING ,I just update my scanner cos i paid for subscription but my suprise it fails on all the year vehicle listed,but it works fine on cars from 2000-2007, and i have sent mails to support but yet to get feedback from autel,could it be that autel has not update software up to 2014?will like to know cos it affecting my shop as its the only big scanner using in workshop aside from the smaller ones
